Residential Design
We currently have over 40 rental units to date. We pride ourselves in making the most out of each property purchased, taking single-family homes and converting the space into multiple divided units. Many of our properties have an added “ADU” (accessory dwelling unit), to add to the overall value as well. We always look for properties that can split into multiple units or have the space for an ADU. Our goal is to have the nicest property on the block, to generate the most positive monthly cash flow possible!
Almost always, we purchase our properties off-market. With our large base of networking, these are not hard for us to find. Many, if not all, of our properties purchased off-market, come in very poor condition, to which we then use our sister construction company, General Construction PNW, to fund and remodel the homes to as many high-quality units as possible, to maximize our equity. We do all of the construction and remodel ourselves through GCPNW, to give us the benefit of saving enormous amounts of money on construction costs, adding to our value as a investment company.
