Commercial Design

Commercial properties are spaces we look for that we can purchase and renovate, with the intention to add additional units if possible, to rent out for commercial use purposes. As with all of our rentals, our goal is to achieve a space that allows us to have the rent covering the mortgage as well as bringing in a positive monthly cash flow.

In addition, we look for spaces that may have a development play in the future. For example, pictured below, a commercial building in Downtown Puyallup, that we purchased as one singular unit and we, through the help of our construction company, developed into two commercial spaces. We always look at the zoning of the property to explore our options of how many units we can additionally add to increase our monthly cash flow as well as the equity in the property.
