Fix and flip properties are properties we purchase with the intent to do minor rehab on for a quick profit. Although sometimes we do more in-depth rehab on various properties, it does depend on numbers and what we view as the best and quickest option to flip a home and sell for a profit. We have this category of properties in our repertoire as not all homes are fit to be rentals, as they won’t bring in an excessive amount of monthly income and do not have an beneficial amount of equity to be made.
Fix and flip properties are beneficial to us as we can purchase a home, flip it in a very efficient manner, and quickly sell it for a large profit. This is an excellent option for us, as we also own a construction company, General Construction PNW, which funds all of our renovations we do, making the rehab costs significantly lower and the profit significantly higher once the properties are sold.
